At the half

At the end of the first half, it appeared that the teams were going to go into the locker room deadlocked 0-0.  Unfortunately, N.C. State’s offense had a misplaced snap, causing USC to convert on the subsequent field goal. Both offenses have looked sloppy after so many penalties and poorly thrown passes.

One positive for the Pack, however, has been the strong showings towards the end of the half from both Andre Brown and Curtis Underwood, Jr.

Tom O’Brien chose a conservative approach of taking a knee to end the half.  At the rate the game is going, high-risk plays may never come to fruition.
