It’s raining, it’s pouring…
The rain is playing a huge factor in tonight’s game.
Shortly after the N.C. State marching band donned their nice white rain ponchos, the Wolfpack muffed a snap on fourth down while attempting to punt the ball away allowing South Florida to score a safety.
As the rain continues to pour onto the field, there is a small ray of hope breaking through the night as the Pack stops the Bulls for the first time bringing out South Florida’s special teams. The 44-yard field goal attempt bounced off of the right post keeping the score at 23-3.
Rain may have affected how the ball traveled off of the foot of South Florida kicker Maikon Bonani.
